What's a POD?
A Pod is a small, focused group (usually four to six people) committed to real growth together. Through accountability, honesty, and vulnerability, each person works on their own patterns while being supported (and challenged) by others doing the same.
Unlike 1:1 coaching, a Pod gives you the power of shared experience. You see yourself in others’ stories, get called out with compassion, and learn to show up more authentically.
Explore the Pods below and find the one that speaks to your story.
"Nice Guy" Pod
Most men spend their lives trying to be “good” by keeping the peace, avoiding conflict, and hoping approval will bring connection. Turns out, it doesn’t. Instead, it leaves you resentful, tired, and invisible.
The Nice Guy Pod is a six-week experience for men who are ready to stop performing and start showing up with truth and strength. You’ll uncover the patterns that keep you small, confront the fears you’ve avoided, and learn to live with honesty and self-respect.
If you’ve been the “nice guy” your whole life, it’s time to meet the man underneath.
"Good Girl" Pod
Many women are taught that being “good” means being selfless, agreeable, and easy to love. But constant pleasing and perfectionism come at a cost: Your own peace.
The Good Girl Pod is a six-week journey to reclaim your truth. Together, we untangle the habits of overgiving and silence so you can live from authenticity instead of obligation.
If you’re ready to stop earning your worth and start trusting yourself again, this is where that begins.
"Positive Intelligence" Pod (Coming Soon)
Most people live at the mercy of their own minds--driven by inner critics, guilt, and worry (saboteurs). The Positive Intelligence Pod is a six-week training in mental fitness designed to quiet those saboteurs and strengthen the wiser part of you that leads with calm, confidence, and purpose.
Using Shirzad Chamine’s proven PQ framework, you’ll learn to spot your mental saboteurs in real time, shift your mood, and respond from clarity instead of fear.
The result: less stress, more resilience, and a steady sense of peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances.
